摘要

Quality assurance of a training course represents a basic requirement in the field of adult educationquality management. This paper analyzes and evaluates the defining elements of a training coursequality, course considered by its promoters to have a great impact upon strengthening self-esteem ofteachers to whom it is addressed. The results and impact on adult trainees' personality are analyzed:adult education institution involved, course materials, trainer. All ascertainable actions are carried outin order to confirm or invalidate the working hypothesis: there is a direct connection between the selfesteemlevel of the educator and their perseverance in the professional development process. Theconclusions the study reaches are useful for building relevant recommendations for the design offormative steps within a new continuing development cycle.
