Around the "One Belt, One Road" construction strategy, the investment scope of the power grid will further develop from the country and the region to the global coverage. The uncertainty, flexibility and competitiveness of investment are increasingly prominent. In order to realize the full evaluation of the value of overseas investment in the power grid and realize the scientific decision of overseas investment of power grid, this paper adopts the centrality concept of social network analysis method, and divides the overseas investment value index of power grid into strategic development, brand technology and investment return. Aspects, and identify specific investment strategy sets for each aspect of the characteristics.
