摘要

The Japan International Cooperation Agency consigned KIR International Corp. for the Development Study of Rural Electrification Implementation Plan using Renewable Energy in the Republic of Bolivia for over two years until September 2001. The sites of the pilot study were selected in two prefectures located in the high altitude where the many poor farmers inhabited. The study team installed three hundred Solar Photovoltaic Home Systems in total to conduct the pilot test for researching the useful and reasonable know-how to have sustainable rural electrification plan by Solar Photovoltaic Systems. This report was especially focused on the institutional aspects such as organizational schema for the operation and maintenance and financial packages for the power tariff system.
