摘要

For the simple and effective utilisation of the oxygen storage capacity of TWC, a new air fuel ratio control system and algorithm using TWC outlet oxygen sensor signal was investigated. The algorithm and control system were designed ingeniously for the switching signal of the oxygen sensor. Furthermore, a genetic algorithm and UDP network system were applied for the sake of the automatic model identification and online adaption. The simultaneously reduced amount of the emission of NO{sub}x and THC at transient state were larger than the conventional TWC inlet oxygen sensor signal feed back system. And, the online adaptive system worked well.
