摘要

In Al{sub}2O{sub}3 crystals bombarded at 2000 K by powerful (Ti{sup}(n+)-ion-electron beams has been induced Ti{sup}(3+) nanostructure in the layer at thickness of 500-1500 nm at distance between regular TI{sup}(3+) ions ~ 5 nm. The concentration extinguishing of anomaly intensity TI{sup}(3+) luminescence in TI{sup}(3+) nanolattice was found.
