摘要

To meet the requirement for miniaturization and lightweight, conductive plastics are widely used in the electric and electronic engineering fields, and the automobile and aeronautical industries. In recent years, as the rapid development of semiconductors and electronic components, the destruction caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) during the manufacturing process has become a serious problem [1]. Moreover, for the different actual applications, it is particularly necessary to control the electrical resistivity within a certain range [2-3]. As the conductive filler, surface-active agents, metal particles, carbon black, carbon fibers and so on are available [4]. Especially, the carbon-based materials have many advantages in terms of not only electrical properties but also mechanical property, it exists as sundry forms and structures in the polymers[5]. In addition, the different injection conditions will affect the filler's state in the matrix, so the electrical resistivity controlling has become difficult.
