摘要

Polythiophene and derivatives have received considerableattention as a novel class of organic semiconducting materials due toboth fundamental interest in the properties of π-conjugated materials aswell as emerging applications in electronic devices. In particular,regioregular poly(3-alkylthiophene)s (P3AT) have been extensivelystudied and successfully employed as an active layer in organic fieldeffecttransistors (OFETs).
