摘要

One of the most important factors that determine the success of the development of cloned embryo is the cell cycle stage of the cloning donor cells (Campbell et al., 1999; Gibbons et al., 2002). Cell cycle synchronization studies from somatic cells inmammals have been reported, however, no work has been done on the control of the cell cycle stages in fish somatic cells. The aim of this study was to assess by flow cytometry the cell cycle of goldfish caudal fin derived fibroblast under different culture conditions namely, culture to confluence, serum starvation and roscovitine treatment. The efficiency of roscovitine at different concentrations in arresting cells at GO/G1 phase was also determined. In addition, we examined the apoptotic effect of different culture conditions on goldfish cells.
