摘要

Synthetic rubber, as one of the three kinds of important synthetic materials, has experienced 40 years' rapid development and has already become a pillar industry of China economy, involving seven grand varieties and one million tons annual-output. This paper analyzed the production status, supply-demand trend, market distribution and future requirement of the seven kinds of synthetic rubbers presently available in China, comprising polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber and styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer. The technological development and respective characteristics of polybutadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer were briefly described. The domestic demand in future market, development tendency of varieties, grades and processes of the synthetic rubbers, the supply condition of raw materials as well as the business strategy of the synthetic rubber enterprises were envisioned.
