"Miniature Clean Chamber (MC) " which is a experimental device simulating real clean room air space is developed to grasp the degree of chemical pollution at a planning stage of buildings. This paper described outline of this device and a model of indoor concentration using MC. Furthermore, it was compared indoor total organic compounds concentration low outgas materials specification (specification A) with normal materials specification (specification B) to clarify an influence to indoor concentration in use of materials for about 4 months measurement in MC. Results are shown as follows. In the case of specification A, indoor total organic compounds concentration was under 100 mu g/m~3 after a month, but specification B, more than 200 mu g/m~3. Cables and free access floor contribute to the indoor concentration. The influence to reduction of indoor concentration by absorbing organic compounds to stainless steel which was constitution materials of MC was not seen.
