Effects of intensity magnetic field and electric current on microstructure formation of AZ31 alloys solidified by an electromagnetic vibration technique
The AZ31 alloys were solidified when an alternating current was flowing through the alloy in a static magnetic field, in which electromagnetic vibration could be yielded. In the present study, the microstructure was investigated as a function of the intensity of magnetic field and the density of electric current when the vibration frequency was set at 500 Hz.
