摘要

Morphine and lipopolysaccharide of E.coli membranes (LPS) induces late cardioprotection in rat hearts in vivo. This cardioprotection is mediated by opioid receptors. Opioid receptors are only trigger in morphine induced cardioprotection. Both, morphine and LPS, led to an increase in NF-kB activity. The data show, that morphine could have a double benefit for patients with acute coronary syndromes: analgesia and cardioprotection.
