摘要

The aim of this study was to estimate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA)-based medicinal formulation of ALAsense in PDT treatment of HPV-associated diseases of vulva, vagina and cervix. The kinetics of 5-ALA-induced Protoporphyrin IX (PPIX) accumulation in such tissues after oral administration of ALAsense was studied by in vivo local fluorescence spectroscopy.
