摘要

Carabids, staphylinids and spiders are the main epigaeic predators in oilseed rape (Biichs, 2003). For a predatory influence of these arthropods on oilseed rape pest populations, temporal and spatial associations between these two groups are important. Within the MASTER project the spatio-temporal relationships between epigaeic key predators and oilseed rape pests and the predators' effect on the emergence of the new pest generations have been investigated in Braunschweig-Wendhausen, Germany. Key pests considered here are brassica pod midge (Dasineura brassicae) and pollen beetles (Meligethes spp.).
