Embedding a digital watermark in an electronic docu- ment is proving to be a feasible solution for multimedia copyright protection and authentication purposes. In the present paper we propose a new digital video watermarking scheme based on Principal Component Analysis. A video file is a continuous collection of static images, and each im- age is composed of three color channels, our proposed al- gorithms allow us to embed a watermark in the three color channels RGB of an input video file. The preliminary re- sults show a high robustness against most common video attacks, especially frame dropping, cropping and rescalling for a good perceptual quality.
