摘要

The paper presents a comparison between conventional and non conventional methods for life time estimation applied to some polymeric materials components of an electrical insulating system under the action of one ore multiple stress factor. One of the main goals of this paper is to study the action of multiple stress factors, using a method of sequential exposure at heat, humidity, electrical and mechanical stress, for an electrical insulating system. The designed insulating system contains class F enamelled copper conductor, synthetic insulating sheet and solvent less impregnating lacquers. It was revealed the diminution of the temperature index value of the system under the influence of the above multiple mentioned environmental factors. Another aim of this paper is focussed on discussing selected aspects concerning the thermooxidative degradation (TGA, DSC) of some electrical insulating polymers ones of them treated with some antioxidants.
