摘要

Aerosol deposition (AD) method is one of the newly developed spray coating method with powder materials. High density consolidation of ceramic powder at room temperature can be obtained by this method without sintering at high temperature. Therefore, the improvement of device performance, the reduction of energy consumption and process steps lead to reduction of production cost on the functional device production simultaneously is expected. Rapid and low cost production system (named as on-demand production system) for a high performance optical micro scanner were fabricated using AD method for formation of piezoelectric thick layer, ink-jet printing for metal wiring and mechanical punching for structuring of micro scanner.
