The MINOS experiment, using the high-intensity NuMI beam, has been recording beam neutrino interactions in the near and the far detectors since March 2005. The near detector data sample has high statistics in the 1–30 GeV range which provides excellent opportunities for exploring cross-sections at low energies and studying rare channels. We discuss the different physics measurements with the MINOS near detector data and their sensitivity in this energy range.
