摘要

The conventional methods of cassava alcohol waste liquor treatment can not get the satisfactory result, because the waste liquor has the characteristics of complex quality, high organic load and solid suspends, short discharging period, etc. Even after yeast treatment, the effluent COD concentration was over 2,000mg/L, which can not meet the national standard for discharge. In order to ensure the effluent can meet the national standard for discharge, the post-treatment is necessary. The cassava alcohol waste liquor, which was pretreated by yeast, has been treated using sequencing bath reactor (SBR), Some major factors influencing the COD removal, such as the aeration method, aeration time and aeration quantity were analyzed Experimental results shows that the COD removal rate achieved 97% under the following optimal conditions: restricted aerationi0,375m7h of aeration quantity, 20 minutes fill time, 6 hours aeration time, 20 minutes sedimentation time, 20 minutes decant time, and no idle time. The effluent COD concentration was stable and met the national standard GB8978-1996 for discharge. The treatment of cassava alcohol waste liquor by SBR on yeast pretreatment is economical, the process is simple, and the method can thus provide an example for disposing the same kind wastewater.
