摘要

The new proposals of change of educational methodologies in the university tend to the incorporation of the participation of the student and the work in group through active methodologies. Nevertheless, there are few instruments that show to the lecturer the change obtained towards the new proposals. We have used an instrument used widely in the enterprise world for the redesign of jobs to guide the process to increase the involvement of the students in their learning. We have adapted the Spanish version of the questionnaire Job Diagnostic Survey ([23]; [21]) verifying the validity and reliability of it with a sample of students. Also, we verify the dimensionality of the underlying model to the JDS applied to teaching university and its capacity to discriminate different educational methodologies with the data obtained from an experiment with control groups. All it, following the recommendations of previous investigations (([23]; [47]).
