The tire steam/nitrogen vulcanization process and some experimental research about it are discussed in detail in this paper, which include the inspecting of variety the thermodynamical parameter in the capsule, and the testing of the performance of the finished tire. The experimental results are processed statistically and through the experimental research results, some conclusion can be drawn that the tire steam/nitrogen vulcanization can satisfy the requirements of tire vulcanization and the quality of tire can be guarantied.
