摘要

Today managing large amount of data is a very big issue for all the organizations, industries, software companies & many more. In addition to this managing distributed database such as banking data, is again more difficult task than earlier. In this paper I will focus on the different techniques available for such a huge database management in distributed world. One of the most popular technique is the data grid computing. We will also discuss replication strategy in data grid. Synchronous & Asynchronous are the two types of replication from which Asynchronous replication is still area of research for world wide researchers. Researchers working to solve many of the most difficult scientific problems have long understood the potential of shared distributed computing systems.
