摘要

Supply chain management emphasizes the view points of Application System. It makes the conformity of the members of the supply chain, and achieves the integrative management of information flow, capital flow andlogistics together. However, the conflict in the structures of the system hardware, software platforms and network protocols is challenging this goal. How to build enterprises' integrated supply chain management system is becoming the focus in theory and practice areas. This article firstly analyzes the requirements and bottlenecks in integrated supply chain management. Then, several new structures are introduced to settle the difficulties. Base on this, a new enterprise-class integrated management model is established. The vertical management and control Integration theory is used in the model and the implementation of this model is discussed as well. All the discussion is trying to give a solution for supply chain management and the integration of control.
