(1) Background and objectives Some cities transit authority and numerous bus operators have increased attention to bus design, and some practical in China reminds the transit community that conventional buses can supply many of the service levels attributed to light rail transit by bus design and system improve. Of course, the capital facilities and technologies do play a role in how buses can fulfill a more prominent role in a city transit system, while an element of the success of bus transit rests in the design of the vehicles and stops which may direct affect passenger's trips by bus. (2) Implementation Omnibus, as the Latin word meaning for all or for everyone, Bus design for all too. From functional specifications to technical functional specifications, a number of different and innovative approaches to developing bus design. This paper presents the results of first bus design competition in China (Hengtong Bus Cup), and the competition reveals some key elements that define a bus design - functional and from, capital and equipment, environment and laws, some bus operator combine the manufacturer to design the bus which shows the city images. (3) Results and future actions Variations in how these elements are implemented reveal that bus designs can be tailored to the unique transit market characteristics of many different types of metropolitan areas in China. In addition to the exploration of these elements, this paper also provides a brief discussion of how various technology and guide applications affect how these elements are applied in bus design.
