AcoUstooptics (AO) has a lot of advantages for WDM as it provides wide tuning rate and high switching time in us-range of optical filters and multiplexes. Unfortunately, currently used AO technology.has a principal limitation in the number of wavelength tunable channels that is typi-cally vary from 8 to 50. Multi-reflector, filtering (MRF) technology [1-7] could ,increase, this number, ,in several times with simultaneous decrease_of the. deviceldimen-sions. Unfortunately, MRF device has not been demon-strated experimentally due to very complicated technology problem to manufacture beani expanders [1] with multiple, partial reflectors of small splitting ratio.
