摘要

Villages are unique cells with different patterns in the vast territory of china. The evolvements of their patterns are extremely complicated due to their natural, social, economic and cultural characteristic. Meanwhile, it makes the planning and design of village rather difficult that random and eternality, order and disorder are interwoven.The paper, through the evolvement of village pattern in chaos, finds out that there are pattern field and prototype in village pattern, and the development and transfiguration of pattern field and prototype are important characteristic of the evolvement of village pattern, and then the village pattern would evolve soundly and harmoniously with the reasonable movement of pattern field and prototype. Therefore, the paper brings forward dynamic modal and pattern dynamic theory which play an active role in exploring the evolvement rule of village pattern and in improving present village planning and design method.
