摘要

On the ground of world economy and based on the construction business enterprise, This article uses the "two-principles-analysis" Aiming at solving management problems(rapidly changing and uncertainty)which is a core part of He-Xie management principle initiated by professor Ming-you Xi to give a thorough analysis on various anti-harmonious performances(such as imperfectness of building law, non-SOP operation, fearing about security,conflict between managers and employee and Quantity blemish on item etc.), and based on this analysis, this article brings on another new theory-Extensional decision and its matter-element model to gave a quantity analysis to some conflictive and Incompatibility problems(with some items fuzziness)and try to give a actual solution.
