摘要

Human is one ring of the zoology chain, all their activities are nearly related to the nature. In the past decades, especially after the Industrial Revolution, the world economy developed at a high speed at the cost of the havoc of the entironment. We have wake up to the essentiality of the sustainable development and put emphasis on the construction industry. In China, the residential real estate, which takes great part of the construction industry, is facing the opportunity and challenge of the development of the industry and the renovation. This paper brings forward the development of the green eco-house. It also lists benefits, which developers gain from developing such housing, to promote developers'enthusiasm and make contribution to the realization of sustainable development.
