摘要

Since the Reform and opening-up, construction industry has developed a lot, now it has become the pillar industry in National economics. Currently construction enterprise management still has some problems. The system of Enterprise management in harmony is an important part in Enterprise Management, owing to the contradictions and issues of Construction Enterprise Management in our country, sticking to the guideline of "Human-Oriented",establishing and perfecting standardization, justness, efficiency in management system are the basic modes in founding the system of Construction Enterprise Management in harmony, and the significant precondition for steady development.First, we analyse the indispensableness of carrying through management in harmony in our country, then expatiate the connotation of management in harmony, at last explain the mode of establishing Construction Enterprise Management in harmony and some correlative questions that should be considered.
机译：自改革开放以来，建筑业发展了很多，现在它已成为国家经济学的支柱产业。目前建筑企业管理仍然存在一些问题。和谐的企业管理系统是企业管理的重要组成部分，由于我国建筑企业管理的矛盾和问题，坚持“以人为本”，建立和完善标准化，公正，管理效率的指导系统是建筑企业管理系统的基本模式和谐，以及稳定发展的重要前提。首先，我们分析了我国和谐携带管理的不快，随后在和谐中阐述管理层的内涵。最后解释与和谐建立建筑企业管理的模式和应考虑的一些相关性问题。
