Current Existing RFID systems generally assume that a tag is initiated and identi-fied/traceable by a single party. In some applications, however, more than two independentparties, can be involved to identify and trace tagged assets or personnel. We propose an RFIDsystem, where tags can be shared across multiple domains. Universal re-encryption is employedto enhance tag privacy, but we extend it to multi-recipient setting, so that the proposed RFIDsystem can work across multiple domains.
