Clinical differences, etiological and immunological characteristics of patients with different nature of surgical infections are established. Comparison of clinical effectiveness in the application of different immunomodulators in the complex treatment of local purulent peritonitis, chronic osteomyelitis and abdominal sepsis performed, and the preparations for selection are determined.
