The reformation of education system does not exclude the influence of so-called "school" factorsnegatively influencing the health of students. The constant increase in volumes and difficulties of studiedprograms create conditions for defatigation and long hypokinesia of students. The study of motion activityfeatures of students aged 15-17 trained in various educational institutions has shown that a great part ofadolescents in 60-80 % of cases suffer from hypokinesia. Statistical authentic distinctions in indicators of dailymotion activity among students of various groups were received. It has allowed us to prove recommendations onthe optimization of a motion activity mode of students trained educational institutions.
