This paper deals with the vibration reduction of switched reluctance machine (SRM) by the aim of piezoelectric actuators. These actuators are controlled in order to generate a vibratory acceleration of the structure which is opposite to the perturbation one. The studied machine is a 2/4 SRM with two piezoelectric actuators controlled using a low voltage source. The perturbation rejection problem is studied with two kinds of controllers: a Positive Position Feedback regulator, often used in resonant problem, and an Internal Model Control. Simulations and experimental tests in both low and high rotational speeds allow a comparison of these two controllers and exhibit their respective advantages.
