摘要

In order to increase reliability of wind turbine driven system,the 3D solid model of high-speed helical gear of wind turbine driven system for analysis was created by using UG software. The intrinsic vibration of the gear was researched by using ANSYS software based on vibration mechanics theory and finite element method. The natural frequency and modal vibration shape of the gear were calculated,and the characteristics of the vibration shapes were analyzed. The results reflected dynamics characteristic of the high-speed helical gear,established basic of dynamic response calculation and analysis for the gear driven system,and provides a reference for the gear driven system fault diagnosis.
机译:为了提高风力涡轮机驱动系统的可靠性,使用UG软件创建了用于分析的风力涡轮机驱动系统的高速螺旋齿轮的3D实体模型。通过使用基于振动力学理论和有限元方法的ANSYS软件研究了齿轮的内在振动。计算齿轮的固有频率和模态振动形状,分析了振动形状的特性。结果反映了高速斜齿轮的动态特性,建立了齿轮驱动系统的动态响应计算和分析的基础,为齿轮驱动系统故障诊断提供了参考。
