The characters of PLC control system PC-based and the composing of the system are introduced. The computer supervising system is structured by a WinAC-Basis controller,a remote I/O(ET200S)and a set of field device. The hardware configuration and programming are accomplished with STEP7. The supervising and data processing are implemented by WinAC Computing. The system based soft PLC has many characters,such as high reliability,realtime,easy maintenance and extendibility.
