摘要

The processing of oolitic hematite is considered to be one of difficult problems in mineral processing due to finely disseminated and complex structure of ore. The ore property, size distribution, mineralogy and mineral processing technology of refractory oolitic hematite in Longyan Iron Mine of Xuan Steel in Hebei, China is studied in the paper.. The result shows that grade of iron concentrates of 61.34 % and the recovery of 53.07 % are obtained by four stages of grinding, four times of gravity, tertiary HMS and single stages of rougher and scavenger reverse flotation in sequence.
