摘要

Allergic diseases are complex systemic diseases deriving both from genetic and environmental factors and their not yet well defined interactions . Recently a considerable number of papers has contributed to identify various genes able to influence the susceptibility of subjects to the disease and its severity. Moreover the relevance of local tissue factors has been outlined in this field, like epithelial barrier factors, remodelling factors like filaggrin, ADAM 33, GSDM/ORMDL3. Some genes acting on TH2 development, on some cytokines (IL4,IL17,IL18 and others) and their receptors, on beta2 adrenoreceptors have also studied. Furthermore studies on gene-environment interaction have led to consider the importance of the environmental triggers for allergic diseases.
