Clinical anamnestic peculiarities were studied, the system of interferons (IFN) and basic mechanisms of antiviral immunity in 142 patients with relapsing ARVI, recurrent herpes viral infections (HSV-1 and -HSV-2) infected with EBV, HHV6, CMV were tested. The defects of induced IFNα and IFNγ production, various disorders of basic mechanisms of antiviral immunity were revealed. The program of interferon and immune therapy was developed. It included replacement and interferon correcting, local and system, prolonged interferon therapy with recombinant IFNα - Viferon, correction of T cell link with Isoprinozin, correction of NK cells and neutrophil granulocyte (NG) with Likopid against the background of treatment scheme. Positive clinical immunologic effects, complete or partial restoration of induced IFNα and IFNγ production were registered in not less than 72.3% patients.
