摘要

Bringing in foreign companies listed in Chinese mainland is the inevitable road in the process of internationalization of Chinese securities market. But China doesn't have any experience before comparing with the foreign developed capital markets which have established mature systems in binging in foreign companies listed in their markets. This paper deeply analyzed the background, listing standard, information disclosure and settlement of the transactions respectively of foreign capital markets bringing in foreign companies listed in their markets. Finally this paper give some advice about bringing in foreign companies listed in China based on the above research.
