Global environmental changes occurred lately, are more and more evidently revealed on the Romania's territory, as well. Such as example consists in the impact of environmental changes determined by the increase of the average multi-annual temperatures on the stability of the Razim - Sinoe ecosystem, afferent to the Danube Delta. The results performed have been collected during the 2007-2009 monitoring period; the area investigated has covered all surface of the Razim - Sinoe lagoon complex. The research made had an interdisciplinary complex character due to application of some methodologies specific to topographic, hydrologic, hydraulic, environmental, physico-chemical, bio-ecological, agronomic investigations. The data obtained by straight measurements, the laboratory analyses and mathematical calculus were based on statistic data obtained during over 50 year pointing out the parameters analysed for the extreme situations specific to the most droughty and rainy season an the average variant. The quality of irrigation water must be embedded in the values of quality indexes, that is why in the present analysis it was considered the variation of mineralizing water in Razim lake depending on the refreshing degree with fresh water of the Razim - Sinoe hydro technique complex to avoid the pollution of agricultural lands by secondary saturation and to maintain the ecologic equilibrium of all system taking into account.
