In today's knowledge economy age, the enterprises have layed on more attention to the interor-ganizational partnerships. Strategic alliance becomes an effective way for knowledge transfer among the enterprises. However, if the alliance partners want to achieve knowledge transfer effectiveness, they need to use relational governance to control, communicate and collaborate the relationships among the enterprises, to improve the institutional norm of the enterprises' relational performance. Only in this way, they can ensure the orderly operation of alliance collaboration and the steady promotion of alliance performance. In this paper, With an empirical investigation of 203 enterprises' sample in China, several research hypotheses are tested. The result shows that relational governance has a positive impact on alliance knowledge transfer. Relational governance play a significant positive impact on alliance knowledge transfer mainly through the dimensions of trust and communication, but the dimension of shared goals does not have positive effect on alliance knowledge transfer.
