PURPOSE: A system for the technical and strategic cooperation with a company capable of paying the proxy payment of a membership fee and exchanging the cyber money with the cash is provided to aid the activation of the Internet, the base enlargement of a charged site and the construction of a profitable model for the Internet site. CONSTITUTION: A netizen obtains/accumulates the cyber money by participating with a game/advertisement or other event through a web site issuing the cyber money(700) and requests a payment for the membership fee and a specific service to a payment web page of a cooperating company providing a cyber money payment tool(710). The member information using the cyber money stores in a database of the cooperating company and the cooperating company transfers the relating data to a socket communication part of the company issuing the cyber money in real time(720). The cyber money issuance company transfers the certification signal to the cooperating company after searching and certifying the member information(730). The cooperating company gives the cash according to a mutual contract between both companies in case that the certification result is a member(750).
