The difficult process of Copenhagen Meeting and the reaching of "Copenhagen agreement" without actual legal binding force, once again display that the intense competition for carbon credit and its necessity and urgency to promote low-carbon economy. With the implementation of low-carbon economy, some impact will be exerted on Chinese rapid growth of automobile industry, and the research on the issue is of great significance.
