摘要

Using the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1998 to 2006, this paper firstly builds a system to measure the degree of R&D Globalization of 30 provinces through Principal Component Analysis; and then makes an empirical study on how and to what extent different local conditions affect the degree of R&D Globalization. The conclusion is as follows: the degree of R&D Globalization is consistent with the volume of foreign R&D investment and the eastern region's is higher than that in mid-western area; the degree of R&D Globalization is affected by FDI, local R&D resources and intellectual property rights protection.
机译：从1998年到2006年，在中国使用30个省份的面板数据，本文首先通过主要成分分析衡量30个省份研发全球化程度的系统;然后对如何以及在不同当地条件影响R＆D全球化程度的程度上以及在何种程度上进行实证研究。结论如下：研发全球化的程度与外国研发投资的数量一致，东部地区高于中西部地区;研发全球化程度受外商直接投资，当地研发资源和知识产权保护的影响。
