摘要

The employment of college students has been the focus. In recent years, many scholars studied on College Students' employability. On the base of analysis, we think that college students' employability includes learning ability, practice ability, adapting ability, innovation ability, entrepreneurship ability and so on. In view of these abilities we research from boosting educational reform, fostering the practice, building technological innovation platform, developing entrepreneurship educational practice, promoting the employment guidance, strengthen the training cooperation between the university and enterprise to train and improve the students' employability.
机译：大学生的就业一直是重点。近年来，许多学者对大学生的就业能力研究。在分析的基础上，我们认为大学生的就业能力包括学习能力，实践能力，适应能力，创新能力，创业能力等。鉴于这些能力从提高教育改革中的研究，促进实践，建设技术创新平台，制定创业教育实践，促进就业指导，加强大学与企业培训的培训，提高学生就业性。
