This paper discusses the methodology employed in a study conducted to find out the experiences of faculty and students of Moi University - Nairobi Campus, in accessing information resources for teaching, learning and research, and their awareness of OER. Background information of the study, statement of the problem and research questions are given, the methods and techniques used to collect data are also discussed.
