摘要

The purpose of this study is to explain travelers' decision-making process in order to propose a new model to construction of tourism's website. Indeed in tourism marketing and communication strategies, it becomes necessary to understand travelers behavior during the decision-making process. Nowadays the traveler plan a holiday trip using the Internet, he always visits different Web pages before he makes his final choice. We focus our work on the choice of travelers especially when the group is a family group. We will discuss the situation under several theories of decision that when used together help to explain the path of decision making through an extended position circumstances, shares, profits, regardless of the destination, as parameters which complicate the decision when the decision makers are increasing. We will study the profiles of travelers studied in the literature, we will propose changes in the construction of website that reflect technological enhancements, such as the ability to access virtual tours, social communities, and better access information, to overcome the above limitations found in conventional mode choice models.
