摘要

This paper uses provincial panel data of Hunan to investigate the relationship between FDI and domestic investment and make a comprehensive and systematic study of the impact of foreign direct investment on domestic investment in the region ．Results show that: For the central region and Hunan province , FDI has caused the crowding -in effect on the domestic investment.However, due to the Hunan provinc, such as economic management level differences, leading to FDI on domestic investment to crowd-in effect level of Hunan provinc(3.51) lower than the levek of the central region(4.088).
机译：本文采用湖南省级小组数据调查外商直接投资与国内投资的关系，并对外国直接投资对该地区国内投资的影响全面而系统的研究。结果表明：为中部地区和湖南省，外国直接投资造成了对国内投资的拥挤影响。然而，由于湖南省，如经济管理水平差异，导致外国直接投资对湖南省（3.51）低于Levek的人群中部地区（4.088）。
