In this present study, controlling risks in the workplace and current risk conditions will be identified with wind companies, wind operators while wind farms are installed and/or maintained. A complex series of engineering, logistical and electrical processes is vital. The size of masts, blades and turbines presents a challenge for the operators involved in construction. Blades may be up to 70 m long (turbines are more efficient with longer blades) and could be 3 m wide. Clearly, prolonged periods spent in these postures poses a risk of musculoskeletal injury.
