Strengthen mechanism of 1000 MPa ultra-high strengthen cold-rolled dual phase steel which used in automobile

摘要

lOOOMPa grade dual phase steels were developed based on the lower cost C-Mn-Si alloy system in laboratory. Microstructure of the steels was analyzed using SEM and transmission electron microscopy, while grain sizes and dislocation densities were determined by imagine tool and X-ray diffractometer. The inherent mechanism of high strengthening of dual phase steel was discussed and each strengthening factor was quantitatively calculated. The characteristics of micro-alloyed elements were illustrated respectively. The results showed that the strength of the theoretical calculation value 620.4MPa are very close to the measured values which was 596MPa, and the calculated yield strength increment produced by dislocation strengthening was 316 MPa, by grain refinement strengthening was 176 MPa and by solution strengthening was 128.4 MPa.
